I mean it's just a link that takes you to a landing page and the button on that page takes you to a checkout page. I can't say for sure, but I imagine if you go to the checkout page on the eligible dates, and the price is $69+, and you successfully check out for the price, it's probably fine. It doesn't LOOK like they're doing anything to gatekeep non-alumni from it, but your mileage may vary.

I got that email too.  I clicked on it yesterday, just to check it out.   The price when I looked yesterday actually did reflect the discounted priced when I clicked to enroll (I did not complete the check out), but today it reflects the higher price.  They say it’s limited spots, so I wonder if all available spots at this price have been filled.
