Although, based on what you've said, it does seem like this is it. I would follow up with ENEB because this seems like more ENEB marketing magic (i.e. blatant lies) - this is most definitely not a university-specific degree, its just another certification. Its no better than the useless "taught by ENEB and certified by UI1" ENEB program diploma.
I certainly hope so too, because it says in the UNISEB marketing material: "Upon completion of your academic program, you will receive a certificate issued by UNISEB and a university-level proprietary Master’s diploma issued by Universidad Isabel I de Castilla in collaboration with UNISEB".
ISEB program language is one we are familiar with. The translation isn't great, but:
1. UNISEB says Diploma de Master propio Universitario.
2. Whereas ISEB says you will receive a dual qualification, certified by Universidad Isabel I.
3. If I had to guess, the Ui1 paper will say that La Universidad Internacional Isabel I De Castilla, in collaboration with UNISEB herrby confers this Master Propio Universitario"
I think that will solve it. This way, it's not totally ignoring the involvement of a collaboration, but specifically says "we confer" this actual degree (instead of certifying the hours)
UNISEB
"Al finalizar tu programa formativo obtendrás un certificado emitido por UNISEB y un Diploma de Máster propio universitario emitido por la Universidad Isabel I de Castilla en colaboración con UNISEB."
ISEB
"Al finalizar tus estudios, obtendrás una doble titulación expedida por el Instituto Superior Europeo de Barcelona, avalada y certificada por la Universidad Isabel I."
