I passed my exam in November already and was wondering why the diploma department hasn't reached out to me yet (they usually do asking to confirm data and issuing a "proof of processing of diplomas"). As you mentioned, this probably won't happen before the end of my exam period which is December 31st, then. Guess, I'll just have to wait some more time then.
The T&C says: "After completing your exam, the process for your diplomas will begin, and we will contact you to determine your preferred delivery method (digital delivery, physical delivery, or delivery with the Apostille of The Hague)."
I would reach out to diplomas@eneb.com for a status update.
